Booking Opened for Luxury Apartments in Apollo Towers

Apollo holdings has opened booking for the Apollo tower’s luxury apartments which are been developing in Hulhumale’.
Located in-front of Yacht marina this 200 million investment was inaugurated by Vice President Abdulla Jihad and Apollo Holdings Managing director Abdul Muhsin.
According to Apollo Holdings ‘People who shows interest in purchasing has to pay a booking fee amount of 50,000 MVR. And these luxurious apartments range from 1.1 million to 7 million MVR’. Also Apollo Holdings accountant Ahmed Ali Habeeb stated to mihaaru ‘It is possible to purchase with Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) scheme also’

The development of the 9 storey and 10 storey Towers are scheduled to be completed on 2018 and consists 97 Apartments with 61 semi deluxe apartments, 28 luxury apartments and 8 pent houses. These 3 Room and 2 room apartments have 457 sqft to 2,433 sqft.
